I have just realised that the event at Wrexham University hasn't been mentioned on this site. Although its predominantly a Caving Conference there are usually some mining related talks . There is also the opportunity to visit a number of trade stalls selling the latest equipment .

I will also have the Moorebooks book stall there although I won't have much mining stuff with me unless requested - I will give 15% discount for cash for any users on this forum
