Not being very good at mental arithmetic, I assume this makes each house worth just under £100,000 each as against £30,000 each in the Rhondda..

In our area( South West Scotland), houses are relatively cheap, but hellishly difficult to sell.
In Southern Ireland you pick up houses, half finished for small amounts of money.
As , has already been posted, at 100k, they are not a bargain!

its not just the terrace houses in the picture there are detached properties as well , plus this area is desirable ,

i think i worded the title wrong, to be honest i was just pointing out that the properties around this historic slate mine are for sale
