Hi Gang
This is just to make everyone aware that back issues of the Peak District Mines Historical Society bulletis are available for download from their website at http://www.pdmhs.com/backissues.asp
I did the Ringing Rake a while back without knowing about this, silly me.

There's not a complete collection (unfortunately), and the Ringing Rake issue (Vol 8 no 2) isn't among them so you didn't waste your time Roy! There are gaps as some authors have objected to their work going onto the web, but over time most of the back issues will hopefully go online. Then maybe we can start getting the back issues of the newsletters on..... Wink

Thank's for that info Roy,

Have just been onto the PDMHS site and downloaded some very interesting articles, especially regarding the Derbyshire calcite mines,my main area of interest. Shame there is not a complete set of recent bullettins though but excellent stuff all
the same.

By the way I have in my own collection Volume 8 number 2
if you want any page scanning.
