yep it's the one Ferguson Wilde and Co reopened that I mean, and there were three boreholes drilled from it, it's not Keirsleywell.

Fairbairn mentions it but only as being opposite Longcleu

Yep mike is right, the pipe only goes as far as the dam which is placed as soon as the level gets through the drift into solid rock. Something like 20-30 meters in.

Their cores are 47.6 mm so the hole should be 75.7mm
However the limestone is very vuggy there and a bit fractured so there's water coming out of holes and cracks all round about as well.

Yes it's minco's last hole and it's in the flats off Hardshins Vein.
