Oakeley Floor H

Part of the Oakeley workings on Floor H were drained whilst work was being undertaken in the pit at Oakeley. Since the pumps have been stopped, the floor has flooded again until the natural drainage level (just below F) has been reached.

The Floor H workings were underwater at various times, hence the more than usual build-up of rust on various iron objects.
