About Welshken.

"K.R. Griffiths."

Bio

Only started exploring old mines around 18 months ago after coming across Wrysgan Slate Mine on a walk around the Molelwynion. Probably visited and explored over thirty mines and quarries since that day. Our favourite is Maenofferen (spent over forty hours in there), followed by Cwmorthin, Rhosydd, Croesor, Cwt y Bugail (the Original) and Diffwys. The furthest I''ve been to is the Cwm Ystwyth Slate Mine last year. No rope skills, so our exploration is limited to what we can do.
