Wigwam Granite Quarry (United States)

The quarry was bought by Solomon Willard in the 1820s who went on to plan and build the Bunker Hill Monument. Because of his untiring efforts in the granite quarrying business he became known around Quincy as the "Father of the Granite Industry".
