Cwmgwynen Other Rock Mine (United Kingdom)

Phosphate was mined here between the 1860s and 1885. The ore took the form of concretions found in a black stratum 10" to 15" wide. 2 adits were driven, one about 130' above the other. Site now covered by the Dyfnant forest.
