Bwa Drain Lead Mine (United Kingdom)

No more than a blocked shaft of originally 65 fathoms deep on the plateau above Cwm Rheidol. It commenced about 1838 according to Absalom Francis, and the lonely shaft today has a tip and a wall (for which purpose I don't know) for company. A deep adit was never made for the shaft was pumped from the collar. The mine sold 1744 tons of lead ore between 1867 and 1876.
