Broadsike Lead Mine (United Kingdom)


Two levels worked for lead ore on the west bank of the Ireshope Burn one immediately under the Great Limestone and one on top. The mine was in operation from 1835-1856 with a total output of 680 tons of ore.
The mouth of the bottom level is completely run in.
