I am researching the life of John Williams died 1895, who ran the Tolgarrack / Tolgarrick Tin Stream at Tuckingmill, Camborne, Cornwall.
John Williams and his descendants ran this business from 1872 until it closed in 1942.
I plan to write an article about John Williams for the Cornwall Family History Society.
Any information gratefully received

Get yourself into the new record office. For a history of the mill and it's staff, look at the Brooke Index, in one of the camborne folders. There may have been some accidents on the site, see "Cornish Mine Disasters" by Cyril Noall. I'd go into the record office in Redruth Brewery and look through their catalogue and dig some stuff out. It's a brilliant resource

Thanks for suggestion that I visit new Cornish Records Office.
I intend to do this at some time when I can organise a visit from my home in Suffolk
