Right southwest suckers...

Cornwall has been without a regular meet up for hole goers since things at the Coppice in Lanner croaked. Making a reappearance as the latest organised gathering since ukdogging started adding A30 laybys to their repertoire: weardie beardies will be an orgie of everything mining.
The Carbis Bay Crew is putting on this hillbilly hangout at Heathcoats Social Club in Pool. Meet 7:30 first Thurs of the month starting 7th March - bring sheckles for cheap pasties and go juice.

All welcome, but the weardier and beardier the better. If you're mums also your sister you are automatically invited. This will be an apolitical gathering so don't get your hopes up for old mines rescue vs CSRT fisty cuffs! BCA berating is I'm afraid inevitable...

Come along to get a taste of the bizarre penetrators of this lonely peninsula, PM for details of that A30 layby if interested

If I was local or happened to be down that way I'd be all over this, my beard isn't overly weird but I do posses one. Maybe in the future!

Whilst it is true that I do have a lovely beard; I belong to an evil, mine gating, empire building, BCA loving caving club and in consequence dare not show my face west of Callington Crying

It was pretty well turned out. It was a shame that Mark put it out under the CBC banner, because that's like the Jimmy Savile to many people.

I'd like to make it a general open to everyone thing, rather than the extension of a weird clique. (Which I am a part of).

Lanner was great, because everyone turned up
