Hello all. I stumbled upon this web site by following a link which turned to another link and so on. You know how it goes.
I am an ex coal face worker of Brodsworth Colliery. Woodlands. Doncaster.
My intention is to keep "Brody" alive in memory at least, for future generations.
I worked at Brody from 1976 until 1989. There after I joined the area salvage team based at Armthorpe colliery. Our under manager was Steve Gamwell who was my under manager at Brody.

Everyone knows me as joss. So if any former Brody lads are here let me know. Same goes for any of the lads who worked on the salvage team.

That's it for now guys.
