I think it is called Cow Hole. No access. Caves of the Peak District should have an entry for it. Natural feature as far as I recall with a gate to stop animals entering.

Cow Hole is a cave/early mine in Bradwell Dale see either the relevant volume of Jim's tome or Chris Heathcote's pieces on Bradwell Liberty and Hazlebadge Liberty in the PDMHS 'Mining History' IP: 62.49.28.79

There's an annotated first series 25" to the mile map that was in John Beck's possession and is now in the British Caving Library that marks it as "Snow Hole" IIRC.
