Curraghinallt has long been regarded as a pretty decent deposit although I do wonder what effects a chaotic brexit might have on anything like that, which by definition requires long-term planning. IP: 86.170.18.159

Why would Brexit matter?
The project is based entirely on the value of the gold, leaving the EU isn't going to change the world market price of it

Money is a lot more powerful than politics.

Am I correct in thinking that Dalradian is the same setup that
either merged with or took over Minco a short while ago ?

Logistics. You need to plan a mine years ahead if you are doing mining on a modern scale. Too many known unknowns clobber investor confidence. This is elementary stuff, really.

Similar goes for all of the Dalradian gold exploration, 80s-90s. Gold price tumbled eventually and many got mothballed. Only now are people starting to get REALLY (as opposed to marginally) interested. Planning a mine in an economically-volatile situation is nigh-on impossible. IP: 86.170.18.159

We have been impressed with the operations that Dalradian have carried out.
They appear to have outlined a a large gold deposit, which is probably on of the worlds largest untapped deposits.
They seem to have brought on board many of the locals, but you will always have the NIMBIES, and planning is not going to be a walk in the park.
The use of explosives in the province has always been difficult and I am not sure that this issue has been totally settled.
Which is surprising in some respects, where at the height of the troubles, we witnessed a blast at a quarry in the south, admirably watched over by the Gardea, who seemed to have the whole thing totally under their control.

Dalradian has nothing to do with Minco other than they purchased a royalty that Minco had over the Curraghinalt project area.
