Excellent stuff, fingers crossed I can make this, I've got the dates booked off work but our factory is relocating around that time so it may be a close run thing Blink IP: 188.39.178.242

I may come see what this is about, when will all the nitty gritty details be released? Is there a cost etc? Interested to see what underground trips will be running Smile

I gather there will be stalls here too for equipment etc?

There is usually a conference fee and optional fees for dinners, lunches etc.

The underground trips are usually very good.

I heartily recommend it, thoroughly enjoyed all of them I've been to Roll Eyes

I definitely think it will be worth a trip, i've never been to Glocestershire before apart from the Cheltenham horse races i used to work at and obviously driving through the county. Is Gloucestershire the Cotswolds?

How it pans out is down to what each year's organisers set up. Most of the one I have been to are bit like a much more intimate version of Hidden Earth, run in a field and a village hall or similar. The main difference is the field trips which Hidden Earth doesn't have. If you haven't done a Hidden Earth, then I guess this explanation doesn't mean too much to you Laugh The cost is normally the camping cost, an evening meal, hire of a venue, and a bit of overhead. It's normally reasonably cheap for a good weekend away.

The Cotswolds is a subset of Gloucestershire. Mainly known for its stone mines. Gloucestershire as a whole has many more underground features.

They may not allow it in the FoD due to it's current habit of shooting flames out of the side, although I have a bit of time to fix it before then. It certainly alarmed a couple of people in the Lakes Laugh

Getting pedantic, the Cotswolds is a geographical area in mostly Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire but also Wiltshire, Avon, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

I went to a Conference thereabouts in 19 and frozen to death. It was superb - some great underground stuff and very high quality surface activities and presentations. IP: 209.93.175.196
