There was a publication on this site which ran out of print. It may be possible to organise a reprint. I'm not saying it will happen but if it were i want to judge demand. Who would be interested,?

I don't know price as it depends how many are printed. This is la litmus test if it's worth trying?

No commitment just interest at the moment.
