The publisher wants to get a feel for how many are looking for a copy . To make it possible there is a need for numbers - a print run of a 100 would cost £55 I suspect that is too high a price , longer print runs the cost comes down substantially but the risks of being lumbered with unsaleable stock go up proportionally

Does anyone want a copy??

Well worth getting a copy if you haven't already. Used copies are being offered for sale at stupid prices. IP: 86.134.159.195
