Bio


Long time mine explorer once member of NMRS. Done lot of work in Lake Districk and Nenthead mines. These days tend to be drawn to quarry workings (slate) due to back trouble! (not as much crouching through low levels) Best moments in mine trips:- Glencoyndale to Lucy Tongue via 600ft of ladders - and back. Clearing blockage in Paddy End mine to access levels still with clog prints in mud. First visit to Ballroom Flats Smallcleuth.
