Bio


Used to be very active underground in the Cumbrian mines, especially Coniston and the Seathwaite Graphite mine. Was involved in underground research...with the B.G.S. of the Graphite mine and Coniston copper mines which resulted in technical papers being published about the deposits. Extensively studied the geology of the Coniston area.
