Bio


Mining industry geologist, 30 years in the business; worked on mines in Ireland (Silvermines, Tara, Tynagh), Spain (Almagrera, Aguas Tenidas, Lomero Poyatos), Bulgaria (Chelopech, Ada Tepe), Serbia (Lece), Colombia (Quintana, El Cinco and others), Peru (Rasuhuilca), Australia (Mt Isa, Cork Tree Well), Hungary (various industrial mineral operations), UK (Carrock Fell and Force Crag) and Zambia (Baluba). Started exploring mines in the Lakes, N Wales and N Pennines in the early 1970's.
