Nangiles Engine Shaft

Demolition by Consolidated Goldfields aka Wheal Jane, in the mid 1960's (1967?)
It was deemed a threat to the safety of the shaft which had been cleared out and fitted with ladders and a cage to provide an emergency egress for miner working this section from Wheal Jane.
