Gwithian Tin Stream (United Kingdom)
This was an unusual operation in that it recovered tin ore from from beach sand from the late 19th century until WW2. This concentration of the operation on sea sand and for bringing sand to the site from distance made it different to other operations on the Red River.
Surving structures include the stack, fragments of concrete sand storage silos and, in particular, the 'generator building'.
