Coppice Coal Mine (United Kingdom)

This mine was located at West end of Silverdale nr Newcastle under Lyme. The original mine operated from 1948 to 1962 when it was abandoned. A more modern and new drift was developed by J.A.Knight (Coppice) Ltd worked by electric haulage.
