Benallt Copper Mine (United Kingdom)

A small copper working on the northern side of the Nantlle valley.

On the surface a small spoil tip is visible, evidence of an incline and several adits, the main one being flooded to near waist level.

NOTE: Apologies for the standard of the bulk of the photographs - I don't normally take flash lit snaps, but I didn't take a tripod in so had no choice.
