Alderley Edge Copper Mine (United Kingdom)

A collection of mines, some joined, located in the woodland around The Edge and the Wizard PH.
The main product was copper but lead and cobalt were found in quantities.
Access is through the Derbyshire Caving Club, who regularly hold open days. Full details of the mines can be found here: [link]

Cobalt Mine
Engine Vein
