Hi, my name is Fred Morrell I live in Australia with my Scottish wife Helen, her father Joesph Hay was a member of the Gordon Highlanders captured at St Valery in France in 1940 and sent to stalag VIIIB then Lamsdorf, he in a work party was sent to a coal mine in Nuerode (E77).

I belive that that is now Nowa Ruda, if it is possible I would like to get some information of the history of the mine and any possible photos of that time.
