Hi, went to locate where the coal mine was at meltham brow grains and a fence has been erected round what would have been where the shafts are. If you look over the fence by the path about twenty yards over the fence is where the mine must have been.It is clearly shown on viewing the location from google earth.Does anyone know when the coal mine was operational from and when it closed down
