Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum, so please forgive if the information is elsewhere. My wife & I would be interested in swimming in the blue lagoon pool at the Moel-y-Faen quarry in a few weeks as we pass through North Wales. Is it open to just arrive and walk in whenever, or are there specific opening times where access is available? We're driving from Holyhead back to the Midlands and would be passing about 5pm and would hope it'll still be accessible. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

A.

Sounds like access tolerated at user's risk.
