have been offered for purchase is anyone interested as they are quite heavy and would want avoid double handling

a) First Report of the Commissioners, Mines. 1842
b) Appendix to the First Report pt.1.

Two vols of the Irish University Press facsimile Reprint containg 269pp and 886pp respectively, including contemp illus etc. Hardbound and good condition.
The Irish University Press reprinted on a wide scale in the 1960s. The reprints are, full size, finely printed, stoutly bound ( quarter leather) with gold leaf lettering, and gilt top edges to the pages. In themselves, lavish things of wonder and not to be confused with modern day print on demand.
