Only what's in the 1956 Colliery Guardian - Coal, manufacturing, household & steam. 376 employed u/g, 53 surface. Manager H. Nicholas, under manager D.R. Jones.

Not much but hope it's a start!

i have found a few images of the winding house bouth in disrepair and in a renavated state i have found out it was bought aand converted in to a home there is verey littel left on the site as the bath house was tor down some time between the 80s and 90s althow im wating for some sort of clarafacation on this point i have even tryed the NMM in yorkshire but no joy there the onley place i can think of looking is the somerset records office but i hold out little hope on that score meny thanks IP: 74.178.238.8
