The counthouse survives as does some remains of the dry..... fabulous valley with sound views over to Rumleigh brickworks and Gawton mine... However, sometimes if you want to elicit a response and get a dialogue going, it can pay to simply reply to a question with another question, like "Hi there, what sort of thing are you interested in seeing?" - maybe a bit lame in this case, but it saves a long-winded reply that might never be acknowledged. -- Hé !
